Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide 24x5 Training Administration support to global clients across EMEA, NAM, and APAC regions
- Assist customers with training administration issues via email
- Offer appropriate resolutions and training scheduling options
- Gather and analyze additional information related to reported issues
- Perform detailed case analysis, document issues, and generate tickets in the system
- Create daily and weekly client reports using Microsoft Excel
- Conduct training management activities using Learning Management Systems (LMS)
