Responsibilities

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting and enhancing the company’s internal and external marketing and communication efforts to ensure a cohesive brand voice and effective messaging.

This role plays a critical part in reputation management, cross-department collaboration, and customer and employee engagement by providing consistent, timely, and transparent communications. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and a proactive approach to fostering positive customer and employee experiences.

 

Internal Communication

  • Serve as a key liaison between HomeTeam and Rollins’ internal communication departments to align messaging and ensure consistency in communications.
  • Develop and manage content for the company’s intranet, providing employees with relevant updates, resources, and news.
  • Working with content marketing to support programs and events that foster employee engagement, such as recognition programs, team-building activities, and employee appreciation initiatives.
  • Assist in drafting and editing executive communications, such as messages from leadership, and presentations.
  • Work closely with the HR department to ensure consistent messaging on employee-facing communications and support initiatives that align with organizational values.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as field support, to align external communication strategies with customer engagement goals.

External Communication

  • Monitor and track online review response rates for each branch, providing actionable insights to improve communication quality and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a positive online brand image and address customer concerns effectively.
  • Conduct monthly audits of online review metrics, reporting on trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide brand voice and tone guidelines across all communication channels, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
  • Procure content, such as customer testimonials and success stories, for use in both internal and external communications, reinforcing brand credibility and customer satisfaction.

Reporting and Analytics

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on communication effectiveness, offering insights to guide future strategies.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from employees and external audiences to improve communication processes and content.
  • Monitor key performance indicators for marketing and communication initiatives, helping to identify successful strategies and areas for enhancement.

Other Communication and Marketing Tasks

  • Support the planning and execution of internal and external marketing communications.
  • Assist with additional marketing and communications tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in communications, marketing, or related support roles.
  • Familiarity with reputation management tools and social media platforms is preferred.
  • Experience in project management or report generation is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of content management systems.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic understanding of digital communication tools and brand management principles.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
