Position Overview
We are currently searching for an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative for our Sales Department for Ryan’s Pet Supplies, Chandler, AZ. The ideal candidate is a capable self-starter who is resourceful in solving problems with minimal direction and thrives in a challenging yet fun environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Process orders in NetSuite for merchandise by telephone, email, or direct interaction with customer.
- Analysis of customer inquiries to determine appropriate products needed, give product and repair pricing to enable customer to make a purchasing decision.
- Place product order for customer, take payment information, gives shipping information, verify out of stock items.
- Follow-up on any pending orders that require calling customer back with freight quotes or product information or repair estimate quotes.
- Receive repair orders and enter them into NetSuite, create service orders, take payment information.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Any other duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Company’s Values
Is this role for you?
- Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, speak, and interpret training manuals, work instructions, and routine correspondence
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Resourceful and proactive, consistently delivering high-quality customer service
- Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and internet research tools; quick to learn proprietary sales software
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Well-organized with strong planning and coordination skills
- Knowledgeable of current product lines and established customer base
- High school diploma and at least 2 years of administrative office experience
- Must be able to work M-F from 8:00a – 4:30p
- Ability to show up and be on time to scheduled shifts
