We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Institutional team as Manager, Institutional Client Solutions & Proposals, supporting both our Institutional and National Accounts groups. This role is central to supporting and growing CI GAM’s institutional business by owning the end-to-end delivery of institutional RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), while modernizing how we operate through technology, automation, and AI.This is a hands-on role for a self-starter with a leadership mindset: someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to build and optimize scalable processes that directly enable business growth.
What You Will Do
Proposals & Due Diligence
- Own end-to-end delivery of institutional RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs.
- Be accountable for prioritization, quality, and on-time execution.
- Partner with Investments, Product, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and Relationship Managers and additional functions to source and validate content.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and appropriate escalation of risks or issues.
Loopio Ownership & Optimization
- Own and continuously optimize the Loopio platform leveraging AI
- Build and maintain a trusted library of reusable answers
- Drive adoption, governance, and best practices across contributors.
Process Improvement, AI & Automation
- Improve efficiency and scalability of proposal and due diligence workflows.
- Leverage AI tools (including Copilot and custom agents) to enhance content creation and quality control.
- Modernize institutional client deliverables while maintaining high standards.
Leadership & Execution
- Operate with a leadership mindset
- Bring structure, judgment, and discipline to a high-volume environment.
- Deliver polished, high-quality work that reflects CI GAM’s institutional brand.
What You Will Bring
- 2-4 years experience of working on institutional RFP, RFI, and DDQ processes within asset management or financial services.
- Hands-on experience using Loopio or similar proposal management platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize effectively under pressure.
- A self-starter mindset with strong initiative, accountability, and follow-through.
- Comfort leveraging technology and AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to improve workflows and productivity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information clearly.
- Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional designations (e.g., CFA, CIM, CFP, or other CSI courses) are an asset

This role follows our in‑office work model and requires employees to be onsite four days per week to support collaboration and business needs.
This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $69,500 to $119,500. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program. In addition, The Company offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
