WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?
In this full-time role, you'll lead the charge in developing high-performing talent, training new reps, conducting ride-alongs, reinforcing accountability, leading structured meetings and roleplays, coaching underperformers back to strength, improving processes, helping interview new candidates, and tracking key metrics to elevate closing ratios.
