As a Master Technician, you will responsible for overseeing maintenance and servicing of all heavy equipment and company vehicles.

What will a successful Parts Delivery Driver accomplish in the first 90 days? 

Oversee maintenance and servicing of all heavy equipment and company vehicles. Expert in drive train repairs, increasing company profitability. 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Managing and service all equipment, forklift, company vans, and company assets
  • Support and maintains both Rancho and Marysville equipment 
  • Responding to critical and urgent open work orders
  • Ownership of Samsara fleet management ensuring task completion and follow up
  • Creating and adhering to a regular scheduled maintenance for all equipment
  • Ordering and tracking supplies to ensure all materials are available for use and within budget
  • Analyzing drive train parts to determine if it is profitable to fix or core out
  • Supervise direct reports as noted in the organizational chart.  Coaching and developing them in their role. 
  • Training employees on proper use and maintenance of specific equipment
  • Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED and three (3) year experience or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Strong understanding of automotive repair,  maintenance, heavy equipment; all makes and models
  • Electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic experience
  • Forklift and front wheel loader experience 
  • Excellent decision making skills and ability to self-direct
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Good time management & organization skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to perform a variety of task in all kinds of weather/seasons
  • Physical stamina and good upper body strength to lift heavy objects
  • Ability to lift/load/unload up to 75 lbs. 
  • Will be required to wear proper PPE
