The Dishwasher/Utility person is responsible for many duties that have a great impact on our guests' dining experience as cleanliness is an important factor in deciding whether or not to return to a restaurant.
This role is responsible for maintaining dining room and kitchen sanitation. Daily responsibilities include washing dishes through automatic dish machine, restocking dishes, trash removal, kitchen and service floor maintenance and other responsibilities as directed.
