Job Title: Maintenance Crew

Entity: Rocker B Ranch

Reports To: Bart Byrd

Pay Rate: $20-22/hr

Location: Graford, TX

Overview:

As a member of the Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for supporting the overall functionality, safety, and upkeep of the complex at Rocker B Ranch. This role focuses on facility maintenance and repair, ensuring all systems and equipment are operating efficiently to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for guests and staff.

Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the facility, including but not limited to door hardware, locks, televisions, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify and address potential problems.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies during weekend operations.

Assist with preventative maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other facility systems.

Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.

Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Communicate effectively with management and team members regarding maintenance needs and completed work.

Convey and maintain a high level of professionalism while supporting both internal teams and external guests.

Work collaboratively with staff to ensure a safe, clean, and fully operational environment that supports an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications:

High School diploma/GED preferred

Previous maintenance, facilities, or engineering experience preferred

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair work

Plumbing and/or electrical certifications preferred, but not required

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to work weekends, including days, nights, and occasional holidays

Special Physical Requirements of the Job/Working Conditions:

You may be required to lift up to 50 pounds

May be required to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods

May be exposed to dust, dirt, and maintenance-related materials

May be exposed to inclement weather in outdoor environments

May be required to work in mechanical rooms or confined spaces
