Job Summary**
Nash Plumbing and Mechanical, LLC is seeking Commercial Construction Mechanical Helpers to assist skilled technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of various mechanical systems in commercial building projects. Job Responsibilities**
* Assist mechanical technicians with the assembly, installation, and testing of HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
* Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from work areas.
* Prepare work sites, including cleaning, organizing, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
* Perform basic tasks such as cutting, fitting, and securing pipes, ducts, and other components under supervision.
* Help troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical system issues.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Follow all safety regulations and company policies.
* Learn and apply new skills and techniques as directed by experienced personnel.
* Perform other duties as assigned to support the project team.
Job Qualifications**
* Prior experience in a construction environment or related trade is a plus, but not required.
* Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform strenuous physical tasks.
* Basic understanding of hand and power tools.
* Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
