As Director of Human Resources, you’ll partner directly with executive leadership to guide workforce strategy, lead critical HR functions, and elevate the employee experience across the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and evolve our performance management framework, driving consistency, fairness, and growth
  • Provide strategic direction for employee relations, including complex investigations and conflict resolution
  • Drive talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, and employer branding
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executives on performance, conduct, and workforce risks
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies
  • Use data and insights to improve HR processes and outcomes
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing HR team
  • Champion a respectful, inclusive, and accountable culture

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in leadership
  • Strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, and employment law
  • Proven ability to manage complex, sensitive workplace issues with sound judgment
  • Exceptional communication, influence, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, Business, or related field)
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred
