Consult customers on service in accordance with Toyota’s standards

Meet service department sales goals

Work under deadlines and quickly resolve concerns

Provide exceptional customer service on a daily basis

Complete repair orders and finish all steps necessary for warranty work

Arrange logistics for drop-offs and multiple day service repairs

Engage in business development and training

Address customer concerns with a strong focus on customer service

Maintain a positive attitude throughout the work day 

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work with others on the team to resolve issues 

Qualifications include, but are not limited to, the ability to effectively build a rapport with others, outstanding customer service skills, previous ASM experience, Reynolds & Reynols experience preferred (not required), great communication skills, organizational and time management skills, enjoy working with and serving others, and a valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record.
