Part-Time Student Housing Representative (Orlando, FL) Needed:  $20/hour + Mileage Reimbursement

National Property Management Company specializing in student housing is seeking a motivated, customer service focused individual to assist in field operations for our Orlando, FL market. This part-time Housing Rep position (20-25 hours/week) requires good communication and organizational skills, and the desire to work in a college student environment. Some college education, military service, or relevant work experience is desired.

Candidate must have a professional attitude and appearance as this position has direct contact with our student residents, school administration, and property managers. Some of the responsibilities include: inspecting housing units, quality control of maintenance and cleaning vendors, providing resident notices and enhancing relationships with apartment communities.

Reliable/Dependable transportation is a must as the position requires frequent local travel (with mileage reimbursement). The successful candidate will have good customer service skills, be able to work independently at a fast pace, and have the desire to assist young people in achieving a positive student housing experience.

Compensation:  $20/Hour + Mileage Reimbursement
