Job Description

We help the world see new possibilities and inspire change for better tomorrows. Our analytic solutions bridge content, data, and analytics to help business, people, and society become stronger, more resilient, and sustainable.

As a Configuration Technical Lead you will be responsible for leading the technical design and delivery of high-quality Rulebook configuration solutions across client projects. Acting as a senior hands-on contributor, the role translates complex business requirements into robust technical solutions and supports delivery through all project phases. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior configurators and raising overall technical capability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of high-quality Rulebook configuration solutions for client projects
  • Translate complex business and functional requirements into robust technical solutions and documentation
  • Act as a senior hands-on contributor across configuration, review, testing, and deployment phases
  • Support client delivery activities including workshops, UAT, pre-sales demos, and proof-of-concepts
  • Apply best-practice SDLC methodologies (Agile / Waterfall) and promote continuous improvement
  • Mentor and support junior and mid-level configurators, raising overall technical capability
  • Collaborate closely with Consultants, Supervisors, Delivery Leads, and Product teams to shape effective solutions

Qualifications

Must have:

  • Strong experience in a senior technical role delivering complex configuration, rules-based, pricing, or data-driven systems
  • Proven ability to translate business and functional requirements into well-designed technical solutions
  • Solid experience working across the full software development lifecycle (Agile and/or Waterfall)
  • Demonstrated hands-on technical leadership on delivery projects, acting as a senior contributor rather than a people manager
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior engineers, developers, or configuration specialists
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to quality and detail
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in enterprise software environments with structured delivery and governance

Nice to have:

  • Experience with rules engines, configuration frameworks, or low-/no-code platforms
  • Exposure to pricing, analytical, financial, or data-centric systems
  • Experience operating in client-facing delivery roles
  • Insurance or regulated-industry experience (beneficial but not required)

What We Offer:

  • The opportunity to be part of a globally recognized analytics and technology group

  • Work on impactful, end-to-end solutions within the insurance and reinsurance space

  • Collaboration with experienced industry and technical experts

  • A supportive, high-performing environment where you can grow your skills and career

This a hybrid model role, including at least two days per week in the Kraków office.

If you’re passionate about delivering excellent client solutions and eager to grow your career in a fast-paced, global environment, we’d love to hear from you.
