Requirements

  • Passion for STEM subjects and working with youth
  • Experience teaching, tutoring, or leading youth programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Plan and facilitate structured, age-appropriate STEM programs
  • Encourage youth to explore and excel in STEM subjects 
  • Promote teamwork, collaboration, and leadership through group-based projects.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive space where youth feel comfortable and excited to engage in STEM
  • Ensure that all necessary materials and resources for activities are available and properly organized
  • Patience, adaptability, and the ability to motivate and inspire young learners
