Location: On-site – Hyde Park, UT Type:

Part-time (20-25 hours a week)

We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager (Head of People) to join our team and help us take even better care of our people.

We’re a fast-paced, growing company that’s exciting to be part of, with a team culture that is uplifting, positive, and genuinely fun. This role is all about creating a thoughtful, well-run employee experience—from hiring and onboarding to culture, performance, and day-to-day support. You’ll be the go-to person for our team and play a key role in shaping how we grow.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the go-to for all things people and culture, including:

  • Recruiting & Hiring
    • Lead the full hiring process—from job postings to interviews to offers
    • Partner with leaders to find and attract top talent
  • Onboarding & Employee Experience
    • Create a seamless, welcoming onboarding experience
    • Own the employee lifecycle from first day to long-term growth
  • Culture & Engagement
    • Champion a positive, supportive, and fun team culture
    • Plan team events, initiatives, and moments that bring people together
  • Performance & Development
    • Support managers with performance reviews and feedback processes
    • Help build clear growth paths for team members
  • HR Operations & Compliance
    • Manage HR systems (BambooHR, etc.)
    • Ensure policies, documentation, and practices are compliant and up to date
  • Employee Support
    • Be a trusted resource for questions, concerns, and guidance
    • Help resolve challenges with care, clarity, and fairness

What You Bring

  • 3–7+ years of HR or People Operations experience
  • Experience owning HR in a small to mid-sized company (or ready to step into that ownership)
  • Strong interpersonal skills—you’re approachable, thoughtful, and solutions-oriented
  • Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • A genuine passion for people, culture, and building great teams

Why Nani

  • A fast-growing brand with a positive, uplifting culture
  • A team that works hard and genuinely enjoys working together
  • The opportunity to shape the employee experience from the inside out
  • A part-time role with meaningful impact and ownership

Compensation:

  • $32-$45/hr, depending on experience

If you’re excited about building a people-first culture and being a key part of a growing brand, we’d love to hear from you.
