Job Description

Job Title: Specialist, Channel Sales
Description: This role supports the growth and effectiveness of our B2B sales channels by ensuring smooth operations, strong cross‑team coordination, and data‑driven decision making.

As a Specialist, Channel Sales, you will work closely with Sales and internal partners to manage orders, support channel initiatives, and improve how we deliver value to our customers.

If you enjoy combining operational excellence with analytical thinking — and want to make a visible impact on sales performance — this role offers a strong platform to grow within a commercial, fast‑paced environment.

The Role

In this role, you’ll play a critical part in enabling our channel sales business to run efficiently and scale effectively. You’ll wake up excited to support sales teams, optimize processes, and turn data into insights that influence decisions.

In your first six months, your biggest impact will come from ensuring smooth order execution, improving visibility through reporting, and strengthening collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams. What sets this opportunity apart is the breadth of exposure — from day‑to‑day channel operations to complex B2B projects — giving you a well‑rounded commercial experience.

What You’ll Own

  • Own day‑to‑day order management for the EIC (English Institution Courseware) business, ensuring accurate tracking, timely execution, and smooth fulfillment
  • Support the implementation of channel sales policies and help ensure consistent execution across the sales process
  • Track, analyze, and evaluate B2B marketing and channel activities, turning data into clear insights and improvement recommendations
  • Produce regular data reports to support sales planning, performance reviews, and decision‑making
  • Support complex sales and channel projects by tracking milestones, coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders, and helping ensure on‑time delivery
  • Contribute to the ongoing optimization of channel operations and internal workflows

About You

  • You bring experience in channel sales operations, project coordination, and data analysis, ideally within the education or publishing industry
  • You’re analytical and comfortable working with data, using tools like Excel or BI platforms to produce insights and reports
  • You’re someone who values collaboration, communicates clearly, and enjoys working closely with Sales and cross‑functional teams
  • You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple priorities with attention to detail, and take ownership of your work
  • You’re proactive, service‑oriented, and motivated to continuously improve processes and outcomes

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field (Education, Publishing, Educational Technology, or similar preferred)
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in channel management, sales operations, project management, or a related role
  • Familiarity with B2B business models, particularly in education or publishing, is strongly preferred
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English; Cantonese is an advantage

What You’ll Get

  • Exposure to end‑to‑end B2B channel sales operations within a leading global education organization
  • Opportunities to build strong commercial, analytical, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
  • The chance to contribute directly to sales performance and business growth
  • A role that connects closely to the broader commercial strategy and impact of the organization
