Duties & Responsibilities
- Trim shrubs and bushes as needed to ensure a professional appearance of property
- Maintain plant beds by removing weeds and planting as needed
- Keeping all public spaces free and clear of litter, debris and pet waste
Requirements
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate verbally in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. required and other physical requirements
- Valid Driver's License required and reliable transportation
- Ability to drive to multiple properties daily
- At least 18 years old
