TecMasters Inc. requires a Constructive Simulations Site Lead to provide mission training support and site management on the Constructive Simulations task order for the Mission Simulation Center (MSC), Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE).
Personnel must:
- Possess a bachelor's degree, any discipline, and three years' experience as Team/Project Manager.
- Have three years' experience in applying simulations, simulators, models, and games for training and education purposes.
- Have three years' experience linking C4I application and mission command systems with the JLCCTC Ver. 8.1 Warfighter Simulation (WARSIM) simulation.
- Have one year experience using the most recent version of Microsoft Operating System (e.g. Win 7 / 10), Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. Microsoft Office Professional 2013), and other common desktop applications such as Adobe Acrobat, and the ability to quickly learn unique applications.
Personnel will:
- Be responsible for daily coordination with the customer, program manager, and overall team management. Must understand all duties and responsibilities of the Exercise Planner, Mission Command Systems Integrator, Computer Systems Manager, the three Database Managers, and the Simulations / Mission Command Systems Operators. Ensures all required Simulations and C4I systems are maintained and upgraded as necessary.
- Ensure that trainers are instructed in the operation of Mission Command Systems as they are fielded or upgraded. Point of contact (POC) for rapid resolution of questions and issues.
- Ensure all personnel perform their duties and manage the training environment in a professional and competent manner.
- Brief visitors as necessary.
- Maintain operator level proficiency in the following Mission Command Systems: Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS), Command Post Computing Environment (CPCE), Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS), Air and Missile Defense Workstation (AMDWS), Forward Area Air Defense (FAAD), and Air Defense Systems Integrator (ADSI).
- Maintain operator level proficiency in the following Simulations: Extensible C4I Instrumentation Suite (ExCIS), MetaVR / MUSE, and Division Exercise Training & Review System (DXTRS).
- Support the fielding and training of any new simulations fielded by Program Executive Office – Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (PEO-STRI) and/or the National Simulations Center (NSC) into MSC operations.
- Be responsible for ensuring deliverables and reporting requirements are met.
- Provide monthly in-progress report (IPR) detailing facility training availability, training accomplished, hardware status, and notable operational issues.
- Provide technical training and guidance in the use of the listed Mission Command or Simulation Systems in a tactical environment as directed by the Chief of the MSC.
