Position Summary
The Dedicated Kitchen Team Member is responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced trampoline park environment. This role ensures high food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards while delivering an excellent guest experience for families, birthday parties, and group events.
Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Service
Prepare and cook menu items (pizza, snacks, party platters, beverages, etc.) according to company recipes and standards
Assemble and package food orders accurately and efficiently
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety compliance
Assist with party food preparation and event orders
Kitchen Operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Assist with receiving and stocking inventory
Monitor ingredient levels and notify management of shortages
Guest Experience
Ensure timely delivery of food orders during peak hours and events
Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff regarding orders
Maintain a friendly, positive attitude when interacting with guests
