A high-end, fast-paced plastic surgery practice is seeking a Licensed Medical Aesthetician to join our growing
Empowerment Medspa team. This role is ideal for an experienced, polished provider who can deliver advanced
treatments while working within a surgical environment. This position serves as an extension of patient care, treating
both post-operative patients and non-surgical aesthetic clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform advanced treatments, including:
  • Medical-grade facials
  • Microneedling
  • Non-surgical body contouring
  • Laser treatments, including BBL, MOXI, and Halo
  • Operate devices from leading brands such as Sciton, InMode, Cutera, and more
  • Assist in the treatment and care of post-surgical patients
  • Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and skincare inventory
  • Educate patients on skincare and long-term treatment planning
  • Capture and create social media content to promote your work and the Empowerment Medspa brand
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on growth initiatives
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and highly professional environment

Qualifications:
  • Active New York State Aesthetician License required
  • Laser certifications and hands-on experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in a plastic surgery or medical spa setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of advanced treatments and post-procedure care
  • Professional, presentable appearance with strong communication skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-end setting
