The Role

At Rydoo / Semine, we build smart, simple solutions that help people spend less time on expenses and more on what matters.

We are looking for a skilled Database Engineer with strong experience in database systems, data processing, and analytics within a Microsoft-centric ecosystem. The ideal candidate combines deep SQL expertise, programming capabilities, and analytical thinking to drive insights from complex datasets and support data-driven decision-making for both internal data and our customers through our SaaS solution.

As a Database Engineer, you will:

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformations
  • Work with MS SQL Server and MS Fabric
  • Design and maintain data models and ETL processes using Microsoft tools
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Grafana, or similar visualization tools
  • Collaborate with PM/EM to define reporting and analytics requirements
  • Ensure high data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems
  • Participate in the development and optimization of Azure-based data solutions
  • Monitor and improve performance of data pipelines and queries
  • Support data-related aspects of software development and analytics projects
