What you’ll do:
- Answer customer calls and email inquiries to place orders, address questions, and resolve issues, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Assist in the resolution of escalated customer concerns, ensuring the best resolution for the customer in a timely manner.
- Partner with leadership on how to best resolve customer questions and concerns, as needed.
- Analyze requests, provide information requested or ascertain who can best provide said information, and route the request appropriately
- Based on customer’s order history, suggest related items for purchase and explain product features and benefits that pertain to the customer’s needs
- Maintain knowledge of product line, prices, delivery time, drop ship items, various marketing promotional services, and similar data
- Assist with filing claims and tracking shipments for customers
- Partner with the warehouse, accounting, purchasing, and other internal teams to address customer concerns
