Job Description
Sales Director 
Office Location: El Segundo, CA 
Pay Range: $130,000 - $150,000 DOE + Bonus Plan  
 
Job Description: As Behavior Frontiers continues to expand its best-in-class ABA services for children with Autism to new markets, we are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Director. This role leads and develops a team of Territory Sales Managers to expand physician engagement and build sustained preference for Behavior Frontiers. Leadership is primarily remote, with regular (e.g., quarterly) in-market visits to coach, support, and ensure consistent execution across territories. This role is responsible for hiring, training, and developing “best-in-class” salespeople to promote Behavior Frontiers services. Additional responsibilities include increasing brand awareness, working cross-functionally with the intake, marketing, and clinical teams, along with building the core capabilities and processes of the sales team. 
Top candidates will have experience leading and growing sales teams, create a culture of growth and accountability, and excel in a fast-paced environment. 
 
  
Responsibilities:  
Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of sales representatives to increase referral lead pipeline and revenue contribution of physician leads 
Leverage data to identify trends and solutions to maximize impact of sales team 
Monitor pipeline health and forecast leads accurately 
Partner with intake team to improve conversion rate and customer service 
Partner with marketing on digital campaigns and sales collateral 
Identify and implement process improvements and sales tools 
Maintain a culture of accountability 
Collaborate with leadership from Intake, Recruitment, Marketing, and Center Development departments to expand quality clinical services to new and existing territories. 
Qualifications: 
10 years of healthcare sales experience with 5 years in a leadership role 
Bachelor’s degree 
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets 
Strong coaching and development skills 
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) 
Data-drive mindset with strong analytical skills 
Excellent communication and leadership skills 
Experience managing a team of 8+ sales representatives across multiple geographies 
Preferred Qualifications: 
Master’s Degree 
Experience in a growing organization
