Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the maintenance team in daily operations
• Perform and oversee repairs including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry
• Ensure service requests are completed promptly and professionally
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance
• Maintain property appearance, safety, and operational standards
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
• Manage inventory, vendors, and maintenance budgets
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs
• Pool maintenance knowledge

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience required
• EPA Certification required
• CPO certification required
• Strong troubleshooting skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to train, motivate, and hold team members accountable
• Strong customer service mindset with residents and team members
