Provide technology support for the campus community with excellent customer service. Work in one specific functional area within ITS Client Services to develop a technology specialization. This is the entry-level position for student jobs in ITS Client Services.

Position Duties
- Interact with all members of the campus community in a polite, professional, and friendly manner
- Resolve technology issues for the campus community
- Accurately document all steps taken to resolve issues
- Assist in the creation of technology-related documentation for internal (ITS) and external (campus) use
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- Familiarity with Windows, Mac, and at least one mobile device OS
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Detail oriented
- Customer focused mentality
- Previous IT or customer service experience preferred
- Previous experience with using a ticketing system and/or Outlook calendar preferred
