Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Receive emails and phone calls from Centralized Estimating System and Sales team takeoff for lumber and siding. 
  • Create and deliver takeoffs back to the requestor in a timely fashion using Salesforce takeoff software.
  • Convert takeoff into quote in ProEst quote software.
  • Read and understand architectural and structural plans.
  • Read and understand details/specifications in plan sets.
  • Read and understand measurements and scales.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of IRC/IBC code requirements.
  • Understand local municipality code requirements. 
  • Become proficient in all software:
    • Salesforce, MS Office Suite, ProEst
  • Lumber experience is preferred. 
  • Other duties assigned as necessary.

Salary Range:


USD $65,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 /Yr.
