Role
Overview:
The Lead – Ad Operations (Branding) is a strategic
role responsible for overseeing all branding campaign executions across Display, Video, CTV, Native, In-App, and
Rewarded Video formats. Campaigns are executed through Managed Services, Xaprio DSP (our proprietary platform), and Deal
Desk.
This
role requires a blend of operational leadership, technical understanding, and
strategic thinking to ensure flawless campaign delivery, infrastructure
improvement, and team performance across global markets.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Branding Operations team managing Display, Video, CTV, Native, In-App, and Rewarded Video campaigns.
- Ensure timely setup, optimization, and
delivery across Managed Services, Xaprio DSP, and Deal Desk. - Collaborate with Client Servicing and Sales teams to convert briefs
into executable campaigns and measurable outcomes. - Work with Product and Tech teams to
improve campaign infrastructure, workflow automation, and delivery systems. - Take complete ownership of delivery,
quality, revenues, and P&L for the Branding vertical. - Manage deal activations and pacing across The
Trade Desk (TTD) and DV360 - expertise with both is mandatory. - Ensure adherence to brand safety,
viewability, and fraud protection using tools like IAS, MOAT, Pixalate, and Human. - Drive innovation by adopting new ad formats, contextual capabilities, and
data-driven optimization methods. - Build, mentor, and grow a high-performance
operations team aligned with business and client goals. - Work closely with the Marketing team to help promote Xapads’ branding offerings through case studies and success
stories.
Requirements
- 7–9 years of experience in
Programmatic or Digital Advertising Operations (Branding vertical). - Proven expertise in Display, Video, CTV,
Native, and In-App campaign management. - Proven expertise in Deals setup,
management, and optimization across TTD,
DV360, Amazon DSP, and similar platforms. - Strong understanding of Programmatic
Guaranteed (PG), PMP, and Open Exchange delivery models. - Knowledge of adtech ecosystem - DSPs, SSPs, Deal IDs, and measurement tools.
- Proficiency in campaign pacing, optimization, bid log analysis, and
troubleshooting. - Experience working with global markets - US,
UK, Russia/CIS, MENA, SEA, APAC, LATAM. - Strong communication and leadership skills; proven ability to manage teams and
cross-functional coordination. - Analytical mindset with focus on data accuracy, performance, and process
hygiene.
