Same Day Pay! 

$75k-$100k per year 

Qualifications for Business Office Manager: 

  • Skilled Nursing Experience Required!

  • Two years of bookkeeping experience within a healthcare setting, including, but not limited to: managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll functions.

  • Software proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public.

  • Must have knowledge of billing and collection practices/techniques.

  • Superior organization skills and attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to multitask.

  • Prior experience in a health care setting- Long-term Care/ Rehab and Senior Living preferred

  • Ability to build strong relationships
