Job Description
  • You help clients unlock the full potential of their data by combining strategic thinking, hands-on implementation, and close collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • You immerse yourself in client workflows, identify operational challenges, and translate complex problems into scalable, data-driven solutions.
  • You design and implement data strategies, architectures, and analytical solutions that create measurable business impact.
  • You work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative data products, workflows, and scalable processes.
  • You conduct data analyses and visualizations to uncover actionable insights and support better decision-making.
  • You facilitate workshops and present recommendations to audiences ranging from operational teams to senior executives.
  • You contribute to change management initiatives, best practices, and continuously challenge the status quo.
  • You hold a completed university degree with excellent academic performance in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • You have gained first professional experience in data management, analytics, digital transformation, or consulting.
  • You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoy solving complex, open-ended challenges.
  • You have hands-on experience with SQL and Python as well as cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • You are familiar with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker and modern data platforms.
  • You communicate complex topics in a clear and practical way and enjoy working closely with clients and stakeholders.
  • You bring a proactive, ownership-driven, and collaborative mindset and thrive in agile, fast-paced environments.
  • You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
