Job Summary: As a Service BDC Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking service and maintenance for their vehicles. Your role involves scheduling appointments, providing information about services, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience, all while supporting the service department’s goals.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Customer Interaction: Respond to incoming service inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing information about services, promotions, and policies.

  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule service appointments efficiently, optimizing the service department’s calendar to meet customer needs and maximize productivity.

  • Follow-Up Communication: Conduct follow-up calls and emails with customers to confirm appointments, remind them of upcoming services, and gather feedback on their experience.

  • Service Promotion: Inform customers about available services, promotions, and maintenance recommendations based on vehicle history.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and service requests in the dealership's management system.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth communication and a seamless service experience for customers.

  • Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns or issues promptly, escalating to management when necessary to ensure satisfactory resolutions.

  • Sales Support: Assist in upselling service packages and additional products as appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.
