We’re seeking an Account Executive to join the growing American Locker Sales Team! 

You are:
  • Comfortable working autonomously on regular and consistent sales tasks
  • Cross-collaboration working in tandem with marketing, installation, and other internal stakeholders to achieve successful client stories
  • Solution-oriented and curious about solving challenges and overcoming obstacles in the sales process to achieve successful results in new and existing markets
  • Coachable, reflective in successes or failures, and willing to put analytical and creative thinking to the test
  • Confident in all methods of communication across multiple channels to most effectively reach your market and achieve your objectives with any contact

What You’ll Do
  • Full sales-cycle ownership: targeted prospecting, personalized outreach, demos, negotiations and contracts
  • Consistent pipeline building and lead generation
  • Become an expert in selling mechanical and electronic locker systems
  • Proactively identify upsell opportunities with existing customers
  • Identify new market and industry opportunities
  • Collaborate with Project Management and Account Management for customer onboarding and activation
  • Deliver success against clear KPIs - pipeline generation, meetings, close rate, etc.
  • Perform daily CRM maintenance on leads, properties, and opportunities, and notes to communicate with internal stakeholders

Requirements

What We’re Looking For
  • 2-4 years of experience in inside sales roles with proven quota attainment
  • Experience selling into commercial facilities and selling to executive-level prospects
  • Experience managing Hardware & SaaS sales cycles
  • Hardware & SaaS sales experience preferred
  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience preferred
Education/Experience Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, or related field
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in a similar role.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Able to travel as needed.
