Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – PRN

Located in the heart of Magnolia, AR, our skilled nursing facility offers a welcoming team environment where your work truly makes a difference. We’re currently looking for a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our caring and collaborative therapy team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist

  • Carry out treatment plans focused on improving strength, mobility, balance, and functional movement

  • Monitor and document resident progress and communicate updates to the OT and care team

  • Support resident motivation and participation in therapy activities

  • Collaborate with nursing, rehab, and support staff for coordinated care

Requirements:

  • Associate’s Degree from an accredited COTA program

  • Current Arkansas COTA license (or eligible for licensure)

  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Passion for working with older adults in a long-term care setting
