2026 Harvest Cellar Hand
Job Type: Full Time Seasonal (August – November 2026)

What You’ll Do
- Grape processing, pressing, rackings, transfers, additions, and barrel work
- Clean and sanitize tanks, equipment, barrels and work areas
- Operating forklifts, harvest equipment, pumps, barrel washer, ozone machine
- Ferment management (inoculation, cap management, monitoring fermentation kinetics)
- Identifying and reducing potential microbial issues – grapes, must and wine
What You Have
- Diploma or University degree in Oenology/Winemaking or applicable Science Related Field considered an asset
- Ideally a minimum of 1 harvest experience, preferably 2 with one international
- Proficient in the operation of all production equipment, ability to learn and use winery software (Vintrace)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at one time with accuracy and efficiency
- Physically fit, able to lift 50lbs and work long hours, including evenings and weekends
- Forklift experience an asset
