We are currently seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team and service our markets with a primary focus in the bustling Farmington and Rangeley regions. In this role, we are looking for an individual who is looking to team up with our highly dedicated and experienced lending workforce to further extend our product and servicing offerings to our robust customer base. Applicants should be positive, progressive, energetic, and organized. Our current lenders and future lenders must value the importance of relationship building, networking, and representation in their communities.
The successful candidate will:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers and clients
- Work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
- Manage and grow a loan portfolio with confidence and expertise
- Exercise discretion and independent judgement while making loans within lending limits
Qualifications:
- One to five years of mortgage lending experience is preferred but a combination of education and experience is acceptable.
- Familiarity with the Western Maine market is a strong plus
- Strong commitment to customer service and business development
