Responsible for day-to-day communications with customers regarding order entry and schedules.

                                    Enter Purchase orders from customers and to vendors.

                                    Manage expediting list reflecting shipments in from vendors, inventory on hand, and shipments out to customers. 

                                    Fulfill Customer Service functions for C&L Casting Sales Manufacturer’s Representative Firm.

                                    Work with Accounting, Shipping and Quality to confirm customer’s needs are being met.

                                    Other Customer service functions as they develop. Train new CSRs.
