Case Manager - Family Preservation

Salary: $43,500 - $48,500

Are you a skilled Case Manager who enjoys working with families? If so, we want you to join the Villages of Indiana as our Case Manager for Family Preservation.

As a Case Manager you will:

  • Provide home based services to families involved in the child welfare system

  • Conduct frequent home visits that will include needs and safety assessments of the parents and children in the home

  • Coordinate community resources for the family

  • Develop rapport and use a strengths-based approach with the families and children

Position Requirements:

  • A Bachelor�s degree in psychology, sociology, social work, or directly related human service field is required

    • If degree is BSW, then licensure (LBSW) is required

  • Knowledge of community resource
