You will have the opportunity to support distributed enterprise environments and a willingness to grow across both network and voice disciplines.

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Troubleshoot complex issues across network, voice, and connectivity layers
  • Create and maintain detailed network documentation and diagrams (Visio)
  • Support data center infrastructure, including switching and power systems (UPS)
  • Participate in infrastructure projects, upgrades, and deployments
  • Provide occasional onsite support and travel as needed

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in network and/or voice engineering
  • Strong experience with Cisco switching (Catalyst 9300 series or similar)
  • Experience with VoIP technologies (Cisco Call Manager or equivalent)
  • Solid troubleshooting skills across network layers and voice systems
