Cenegenics
About the Company
BestLife Holdings, Inc. (BestLife) is high performance health, evolved. With over 200M men and women over 30 in the U.S. experiencing incredibly common but overlooked or under-treated health issues related to aging, we are laser-focused on building a category-defining platform that enables healthy aging at scale.
Cenegenics is the inaugural and core company in the BestLife portfolio — a pioneer in preventive health. Its foundational offering is a peak performance and longevity membership program designed for men and women seeking to live their best and healthiest lives. Cenegenics offers data-driven, physician-supervised diagnostics and care in-person and online, setting a higher standard of care for people nationwide using precision medicine for preventive care.
Position Overview
The Cenegenics Longevity Consultant serves as a trusted advisor for high-achieving clients seeking to optimize their health, vitality, and longevity. In this role, you’ll sell prospective members on Cenegenics’ core longevity medicine offerings: personalized health assessments (including biomarkers and diagnostics), executive physicals, and ongoing concierge care under our physicians. You’ll speak daily with senior executives, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders, helping them envision their future health. You will have their full attention--this may be the single most important investment they have ever made in themselves.
This is not traditional sales—it is elite advisory work requiring both a deep understanding of trends in longevity medicine and the ability to guide people towards a decision. It requires equal parts Authority and Empathy. Our clients are high-achievers and leaders whose time is precious. You must be able to command their attention, earn their respect, and lead them toward a confident decision during telephone and video consultations. This isn’t a “repetitive pitch” or script-based selling. Every consultation will be different, depending on the prospective member’s health history, current status, goals, and life situation.
Ideal candidates will be natural sales hunters who derive satisfaction from both helping people and winning deals. They will be wired for outcomes over process, be sociable and engaging without shrinking from “productive conflict” (e.g., challenging assumptions and teasing out unspoken objections), and capable of learning the basic tenets of longevity medicine quickly.
Leads are sourced through a combination of digital marketing, referral relationships, and channel partnerships. Although our deal cycles are short, they can be complex. Comfort with supporting technology is essential: Salesforce, Hubspot, dialer systems, text messaging platforms, etc. Proven success in “high ticket sales” or concierge medical sales is a plus. A competitive, closing-oriented mindset is a must.
You will be supported by a team of experts who practically created the category of longevity medicine. We are the largest and most respected provider in the field with over 30 years of proven outcomes.
