Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a motivated Accounting Intern who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in construction accounting and financial operations. The right hard-working Accounting Intern will support the Accounting team with daily financial tasks, account analysis, and reporting activities while developing a strong understanding of accounting principles and company financial processes. Successful candidates will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain accuracy, and demonstrate strong attention to detail.

 
What You’ll Do:

Our new Accounting Intern will assist the Accounting team with recording debit and credit transactions, preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and supporting month-end close activities. Accounting Interns will also assist with account variance analysis, trend analysis, financial data review, and maintaining accurate accounting records. This role will work closely with the Accounting team to support reporting processes and gain exposure to construction accounting operations and financial controls. If you are motivated by working efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-task environment with multiple project relationships and competing priorities, this may be the perfect fit for you.

 
What You Bring To The Table:

  • Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work well with colleagues andmaintainconfidentiality with financial information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

What We Offer: 

  • Salary Range: starts at $18.50, commensurate with degree level.
  • Internship runs from June 1st to August 7th
