Over the next three years, we are transitioning to a new, more efficient claims system that will strengthen accuracy, improve member and client experience, and support long‑term operational growth. This project brings together teams across HMA to rethink processes, adopt new technologies, and build a stronger foundation for the future. Each role supporting Project Phoenix plays a meaningful part in shaping how we serve our members for years to come.
