Outdoors & Experiences: Horse riding, museum visits, trips to parks, shopping, and meals out

🕒 What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality care and emotional support to children, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
- Inspire brighter futures with consistency, compassion, and resilience.
- Be part of a dedicated team in a 365-day service, with structured rotas and long shifts (7.30am–11pm), including sleep-in nights.
💰 What You’ll Earn
- Annual salary: £35,129 – £38,554 (based on £13.80–£15.45 + 8 sleep-ins/month; dependent on qualifications) (Pay rate effective from 1st April 2026)
- Opportunity for additional earnings through enhanced overtime and extra shifts
✅ What You’ll Need
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Must be 21+ and have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
- Â Experience in residential childcare
- Have a level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent Â
