Job Skills / Requirements

Prosegur is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage all field service requests and programs for our largest technology customers. This role serves as the central point of contact between our customers, field service teams, and internal departments, ensuring timely, accurate and efficient service delivery. The Service Coordinator is responsible for scheduling, directing and supporting on-site field service crews, managing materials and procurement, and maintaining excellent customer relationships while upholding company and client standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Receives/Acknowledges all inbound requests for service calls for assigned accounts.
  • Works with customers to understand the scope of field service calls/projects. 
  • Works with customer for scheduling field resources at job sites.
  • Responsible for direction and management of on-site field service crews. 
  • When necessary, prepare and deliver estimates to customers for field service. 
  • Receives inbound requests for additional material from the field and determines proper course of action with purchasing.
  • Manages procurement process and ensures material is ordered and sent to job sites on time. 
  • Lead recurring customer meetings by providing timely updates on open service tickets.
  • Ensure ticket resolution deadlines are maintained within company and customer standards.
  • Tracks and documents change orders/additions to ensure proper billing at project completion. 
  • Works with field service crews to ensure all aspects of job are completed upon check in and check out.
  • Ensures accurate records of all field service calls are maintained.
  • Close out service tickets upon completion and send over to AR for billing. 
  • Reviews all customer billings to ensure accuracy.
  • Tracks and maintains records of warranty work.
  • Create and issue purchase orders for subcontractors and equipment rentals.
  • Implement continuous improvement of procedures, processes, standards and programs to gain cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Other tasks and projects as assigned by Prosegur management.

 

Requirements:

  • Three (3) years’ experience coordinating service requests in the electronic security or field service industry.
  • BA/BS or Associate Degree.
  • Ability to work well in a cross functional matrix organization, taking care of conflict resolution issues.
  • Customer centric mindset is a vital skill this individual must have.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, follow up, problem solving and attention to detail.
