About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager (Maintenance Foreman) to support our Washington North Commercial Landscape Maintenance division. This is a hands‑on, field‑focused leadership role. The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing daily production across multiple maintenance crews, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to contract standards. This role spends the majority of time in the field, coaching crews, performing quality inspections, troubleshooting issues, and keeping operations running smoothly, while also handling essential administrative and coordination responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong field leader who is ready to take the next step in their career and grow into higher‑level operational leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and support multiple landscape maintenance crews in the field
  • Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to contract standards
  • Perform daily quality inspections and coach crews on best practices
  • Train and mentor Crew Leads and team members on work quality, safety, and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and help crews succeed day‑to‑day
  • Communicate service needs, site issues, and client updates to Account Managers
  • Approve crew time, complete field reports, and support basic administrative needs
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure PPE and safe work practices are followed

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in commercial landscape maintenance or similar field operations
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and coach field crews
  • Strong eye for work quality and operational detail
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Clear communicator who works well with both crews and office staff
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job requirements
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen
