SHEPHERD OF THE HILLS LIVING CENTER, located in Branson, Missouri is currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a truly valued member of a truly valued team here at Shepherd of the Hills Living Center!
  • Assist Residents with daily living activities, to include, delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift
  • The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) helps Residents with personal hygiene
  • Observe Residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
  • Document Resident food and fluid intake
  • Assist Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements
  • Making the Resident's beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy
  • Transport Residents within the facility
  • The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) assists nurses and other staff as needed
  • Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures
  • Abide by all federal, state and local requirements and standards
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all Residents and Facility data

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications and Skills:

  • Current and Valid CNA certification
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Effective communication skills 
  • Good collaboration and teamwork skills 
  • Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities 
  • Keen attention to detail 
  • In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations 
  • Familiarity with symptoms and signs of improvement for several medical conditions 
  • Physical strength and stamina
