"Boost Your Summer" is a summer engagement initiative designed for college and high school students who are beginning to plan their overseas study journey. Led and executed by ETS China’s summer interns, the program provides informative, inspiring, and interactive TOEFL-focused activities that help students understand test requirements, build confidence, and take the first steps toward registration and preparation.

 

Through campus engagement, digital content creation, peer-to-peer sharing, and community events, interns become ETS student ambassadors who extend ETS China’s reach into real student communities and encourage early TOEFL readiness during the summer window.

Project Expected Outcomes :

 


Brand

- 20,000-50,000 student reach across campuses and online

- Significant uplift in TOEFL multi-destination awareness (measured via survey)

- Increased recognition of GRE’s value for global academic pathways

 

Demand Generation

- 3,000-8,000 high-quality leads added to ETS China WeChat Community

- 1,000-2,000 participants in online/offline events

- Conversion uplift of 5-10% in target age groups (college freshmen-sophomores; high school G10-G11) during/after summer

 

Digital Content Performance

- 20-60 intern-generated videos

- Accumulated 600k-2M impressions on RED, WeChat Channels, Bilibili

- Organic brand advocacy from authentic student voices

  • The base salary range advertised represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. The base pay is only one aspect of the Total Rewards Package that will be offered to the successful candidate.
