Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Field Service Technician, where you'll travel regionally and nationwide, engage directly with customers, and perform hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance. We seek individuals who think clearly, communicate effectively, and enjoy traveling and building relationships. If you have experience in electrical systems, pneumatics, electronics, mechanics, airflow, or gas flow, along with strong mechanical skills, this role is a great fit. Even if you're new to some areas but have a knack for electromechanical work and customer service, we encourage you to apply!

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative maintenance on our advanced equipment with professionalism and confidence.
  • Communicate clearly and responsibly, taking ownership of your work and supporting your team.
  • Address issues proactively, allowing clients to focus on their priorities while we handle equipment needs.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Dürr equipment in the field, ensuring optimal operation and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough testing, preventative, and predictive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
  • Travel frequently, working from home to various project sites across the country. Your schedule will vary, with projects lasting several days in different regions, followed by periods at home between assignments.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Prioritize safety in all daily activities
  • Associate's Degree in Electromechanical Technology or related field preferred
  • Strong desire and willingness to travel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands-on experience in an industrial environment
  • Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Adaptability to same-day or next-day schedule changes
  • International travel opportunities available
