Job Description

We are currently seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our CSA team. In this role, the Clinical Supervisor will provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to staff while supporting parents and caregivers of youth with behavioral health needs. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by ensuring high-quality, family-centered care within a collaborative and compassionate team setting.

 

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will lead and support a team of Care Coordinators while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, family-centered Wraparound services. You’ll play a key role in shaping clinical practice, mentoring staff, and maintaining program excellence through strong leadership and collaboration. 

 

You will:

  • Provide effective, strengths-based leadership to a team of Bachelor’s and Master’s level Care Coordinators.
  • Deliver individual and group supervision, including dyad work and field observation, to Care Coordinators and Family Partners.
  • Train staff in Wraparound principles and ensure services are delivered with high fidelity.
  • Monitor staff performance, ensuring compliance with documentation standards, deadlines, and program expectations.
  • Coach and evaluate staff through ongoing training, feedback, and professional development.
  • Support staff in delivering direct services to youth and families in community-based settings.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams and external child-serving systems.
  • Participate in Systems of Care and other cross-agency meetings as needed.
  • Respond to on-call supervisory needs and support crisis or urgent situations.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and administrative oversight to Care Coordinators and Family Partners.
  • Ensure fidelity to the Wraparound model through coaching and use of fidelity tools.
  • Oversee staff adherence to service delivery expectations, including documentation and timelines.
  • Conduct and support staff trainings, onboarding, and ongoing skill development.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation and ensure program compliance.
  • Facilitate team collaboration and address conflicts effectively.
  • Adapt to program needs, including maintaining a flexible schedule and participating in on-call coverage.

 

Who You Are 

  • Master’s degree in a mental health-related field (required).
  • Eligible to be Independently Licensed within 6 Months.
  • Certified in Massachusetts CANS (required).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with youth and families in behavioral health.
  • Prior supervisory experience.
  • Experience collaborating with state agencies and community-based systems.
  • Familiarity with Wraparound or home-based services (preferred).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Culturally responsive and committed to inclusive, family-centered care.
  • Comfortable using technology and electronic documentation systems.

 

Salary: $65k - $84K
