Position Summary: 

An Injection Molding Operator utilizes injection molding machines to produce silicone parts in an effort to fulfill daily production requirements in accordance with the production schedule.

 Key Job Responsibilities:

• Run injection molding machines.
• Monitor product quality to ensure parts are made to specifications.
• Responsible for maintaining production rates to meet the production schedule.
• Cores injection molded parts when required.
• Collects and reports manufacturing performance data.
• Reviews and completes work order paperwork.
• Maintains a clean working environment through regular cleaning of the cleanroom and equipment.
• Follows all cleanroom gowning procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education, Skills and Experience Requirements:

• Highschool diploma or GED.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management as well as other team members.
• Experience with plastic injection molding machines preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends if required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
