Job Overview
As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in leading our team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a positive work environment, supporting team members, and driving sales while upholding Buff City Soap’s brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate team members to provide outstanding customer service
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Assist in training new employees and fostering a collaborative team culture
- Ensure product quality and consistency in our handmade soaps and skincare items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Makery
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Support inventory management and restocking efforts
Qualifications
- Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for customer service and creating a welcoming environment
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
