Job Description

NOTE: THIS POSITION IS FULLY REMOTE!



 



 



Position Objective: Provide services as an Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychologist in support of the overall functions of the Dept. of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Human Capital (OHC), Human Resources Operations Center (HROC).  The I-O Psychologist will support a team of federal I-O professionals in the development and validation of a range of competency-based assessment tools.



 



 



Duties and Responsibilities:




  • Data Analysis: Assist with job analysis data collection and analysis (i.e., descriptive and inferential methods).

  • Assessment Development: Assist with the development of assessment tools based on job relevant factors.

  • Survey Research: Assist with the design, sampling plan, programming, data extracting and reporting of organization-wide survey initiatives.

  • Policy Support: Assist in the development of HR policies and organizational development initiatives.
